Please note that due to the seasonal availability of flowers it may be necessary to vary flowers from those shown. In these cases our skilled florists may substitute flowers for one similar in style, quality and value. Where our designs include a sundry item such as a vase or basket it may not always be possible to include the exact item as displayed. If such an occasion arises we will make every effort to replace the item with a suitable alternative.

Delivery Disclaimer

If you have requested a delivery at a certain time we will try to accommodate that request or a near as possible to that time, but we can not guarantee to fulfil your request as it depends upon the volume of deliveries we have on that day. Please call to double check. We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered or are delayed due to incorrect details. Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left stating where the flowers have been left. i.e with a neighbour, placed in shed or garage or details of how to collect them or arrange re-delivery. Flowers sent to hospitals, schools, universities, military and business addresses will be delivered to a main reception or mailing room prior to internal distribution.
