- If ordering Funeral Flowers, please provide the Date / Day and Time of the Funeral.
- Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left stating where the flowers have been delivered (e.g. with a neighbour placed in a shed/garage or details of how to collect them. We can Re-Deliver, but another delivery charge will be incurred.
- We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered or are delayed due to incorrect details.
- Flowers sent to hospitals, schools, universities, student accommodation, military and business addresses will be delivered to the main reception or mailing room for them to inform the recipient.
- If you are sending flowers to a hospital, please check in advance that the hospital will allow fresh flowers to be delivered to the wards.
