We provide Same Day Delivery if ordered before 12pm Monday – Saturday Excluding Bank Holidays.
If ordering Funeral Flowers please provide Date / Day and Time of Funeral.
Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left stating where the flowers have been delivered (e.g. with a neigh-bour, placed in a shed/garage or details of how to collect them. We are able to Re-Delivery but another delivery charge will be incurred.
We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered or are delayed due to incorrect details.
Flowers sent to hospitals, schools, universities, student accommodation, military and business addresses will be delivered to the main reception or mailing room for them to inform the recipient.
If you are sending flowers to a hospital, please check in advance that the hospital will allow fresh flowers to be delivered to the wards.
