We provide same-day delivery throughout Nottingham if ordered before 12 p.m. Monday through Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays).
If you have requested a delivery at a certain time, we will try to accommodate that request as close as possible to that time. However, we are not able to guarantee that we will fulfil your request as it depends upon the volume of deliveries we have that day. Please call to double-check.
Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left stating where the flowers have been delivered (e.g. with a neighbour, placed in a shed/garage or details of how to collect them or arrange re-delivery).
We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered or are delayed due to incorrect details.
Flowers sent to hospitals, schools, universities, student accommodation, and military and business addresses will be delivered to the main reception or mailing room for them to inform the recipient.

We deliver directly to funeral directors
We will ensure that your flowers are delivered to the funeral directors at least two hours before the ceremony begins. Please provide us with the name of the funeral director, the name of the deceased, and the time of the ceremony.
